As previously announced, we will be gradually revising the prices of selected items.

The selvedge denim we use, woven on traditional shuttle looms, has been becoming increasingly rare each year, and securing the fabric itself has become extremely difficult.

Our brand has always valued the idea of bringing high-quality selvedge denim closer to everyday life. However, in order to continue selecting this finest material without compromise and to maintain the careful craftsmanship that goes into each piece, we have made the difficult decision to revise our prices.

We are currently updating the product pages one by one. Items will be sold at the new prices as soon as the updates for each page are completed.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship internationally using Japan Post. Depending on the parcel’s dimensions, weight, packaging, and destination, we use Air Parcel or EMS.

• Small parcels (Air Parcel): Tracking is available. Compensation for loss or damage is not provided.
• Medium and large parcels (EMS): Tracking is available. These shipments are covered by Japan Post’s compensation system, subject to applicable conditions and limits.

Tracking information and shipping conditions may vary depending on the destination country or region.

• Large (EMS): Denim pants and similar items

3. International Shipping Rates

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region and the size of the parcel. The shipping fee will be displayed in your cart.

The shipping rates above are based on Japan Post’s rates. The shipping method may vary depending on the item’s size, weight, packaging, and destination country or region. We ship only to the countries and regions specified on our website.

4. Production Time and Shipping

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately two weeks for production before shipment.

Delivery after dispatch may take longer than usual due to customs clearance or local postal conditions. Production time is separate from transit time.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, we charge an additional fee equal to 20% of the merchandise subtotal to cover costs associated with import duties and taxes that we arrange to pay in advance.

This fee will appear at checkout as “US DDP Fee.”

The 20% rate is an estimate based on previous cost examples. It is not an order-specific calculation of the actual duties and taxes.

We arrange advance payment procedures for duties and taxes through services such as Zonos. This is intended to help prevent customers from having to pay the same duties and taxes again upon delivery under normal circumstances. However, additional charges may arise, for example, if customs information is incomplete or incorrect.

Orders shipped to countries other than the United States

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply when your order enters your country. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If any charges apply, please pay them according to the instructions provided by your local customs authority or delivery carrier.

6. Shipping and Customs Notes

• Delivery may take longer than usual due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
• A parcel may be returned if customs charges are refused or if the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect.
• If a parcel is returned for either of these reasons, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Payment Methods

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept major credit cards and support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region, device, and browser.

8. About Indigo Denim

We use denim fabric woven on traditional shuttle looms. Slight irregularities in the weave may be present due to the natural characteristics of the fabric.

Indigo-dyed denim may fade or transfer color, particularly during initial use. These characteristics are part of the unique texture and character of genuine indigo denim.

9. About Genuine Leather

Genuine leather may naturally have marks, variations in color, visible veins, or scars. These are characteristics of natural leather, and each piece has its own unique appearance.

10. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within one week of delivery. Please also contact us if your parcel arrives damaged during transit.

Returns and exchanges for reasons other than defects or shipping errors are generally not accepted. However, if an item does not fit, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may consider an exception depending on the circumstances. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.

Items that have been washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
